We offer a wide range of agricultural seeds, including conventional and organic options, as well as grasses, mixtures, and forage crops. In addition to our seed offerings, we also provide fertilisers, agricultural lime, and quarry products to meet all of your agricultural needs.

A personal note.
Welcome, I am Jonathan Coombe, Managing Director of St. Catherine’s Supplies. As many of you will be aware, following a short illness last Autumn, that my father Roger Coombe passed away just before Christmas 2020.
Roger as many of you will know was a stalwart in the farming community, his knowledge of growing grass and forage crops led to many acclaims from both leading agricultural seed suppliers and farmers from all over the country.
I would like to thank everyone for the numerous calls and messages over the past few months of support and kind words in his memory.
I have worked along side Roger during his busy periods of the year when phone calls are coming in from customers from all over the UK, looking for advice and managing the sales and distribution.
Based in St. Catherine’s Valley, nr. Bath, Roger and my mother Ruth ran the family farm where we milked a herd of Ayrshire cows growing as much grass as possible on the hilly slopes. Nothing gave Roger more pleasure than to see his Ayrshire cows grazing a deep sward of grass leys in the evening sunshine.
His famous ditty of “Do you grow grass or do you let grass grow?” developed at this time.
It is my aim to continue the St. Catherine’s seeds business and provide our valued and loyal customers a personal service in meeting your grass seed, forage seeds, organic seeds and cereal seed requirements.
We have the support from the country’s leading seed suppliers to the grassland industry in offering not only their exceptional range of grass mixtures for all types of farming requirements, but also expert advice from field representatives who are willing to talk with you to develop the exact seed mixtures you are looking for.
We offer both conventional and organic mixtures along with a range of forage crops, cover crops and many other specialist seeds for specific purposes you may have.
